Hi guys.when whatsapp masages come to my watch screen ,it shows masage like charachters  , no clear words and text.so i just can see a bunch of unclear characters.could you help me please?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which phone are you using with your Versa 2? When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Is this occurring with other apps or just with WhatsApp? In the meantime I receive your answers, please troubleshoot the Fitbit app with the following steps:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
