WhatsApp notifications are not coming through my Versa 4

Hi my versa 4 has stopped receiving WhatsApp notifications.

Can you help please?

Also here because I’ve not had notifications since Wednesday, it’s frustrating me now! I’ve had my versa 4 since end of January and had to do 4 resets already! Not impressed!

Hi there, @bonnie125 @MissBlade. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you both have stopped receiving notifications on your Fitbit devices. I understand where your concerns are coming from, I will do my best to help you with this! 

As a first approach, I'd recommend checking whether your Versa 3 is in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

• Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
• The screen's brightness is set to dim.
• The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
• The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.

Hi I have a versa 4.
I have tried all the options you have suggested multiple times over the
last few weeks, unfortunately it makes no difference.
My watch is also not in sleep mode.
