I can’t seem to get WhatsApp notifications. I have looked at the app notifications and WhatsApp just won’t appear at at. I get all other notifications just not WhatsApp. Any ideas? TIA

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the WhatsApp notifications issue that your Versa has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. Please don't hesitate to get back if more assistance is needed.
