WhatsApp notifications suddenly stopped

Up until lunch time today I was receiving all notifications including WhatsApp. Now WhatsApp notifications just don’t appear on my watch. I haven’t changed any settings on my app, phone or watch. Any idea how to fix it? I have restarted both my watch and phone.

@Tarlia7 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't receive Whatsapp notifications even though you haven't changed any settings.

 

Please let me know what is the brand and model of your phone.

 

In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
