Hello @Beccaboo87

At the time the WhatsApp’s notification came in was your Fitbit App open?  Make sure that you've received a notification on your phone of the app you want to enable in the Fitbit App notification and after that (it's better if you force quit the Fitbit app, open it again) go to App notifications in the Fitbit App then enable the notifications for the app you want. If this doesn’t work try logging out of the Fitbit App, restart your phone, log back into the Fitbit app and see if that fixes the issue.

Hi there, @Beccaboo87. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post and making sure your settings are set correctly.

Is your Versa 2 fairly new? If so, as @SunsetRunner has mentioned, since you're setting up notifications, you'll need to receive a message from the app desired in order for your app to show it as option in your Fitbit notification's section. For example, tell someone to send a WhatsApp, then check your Fitbit app and you'll see that WhatsApp is already an option to be selected.

Hope that helps.

Hello again @Beccaboo87

When you got the message on the WhatsApp you said you went to turn it on via the app. Was it in the list to enable? Or it still wasn’t showing up? Remember to keep your Fitbit App Open (get the WhatsApp message from a friend then try look if it in the Apps notification area of Fitbit and enable it. Then try logging out of the Fitbit App, restart phone then log back into the Fitbit App. That might help
