Whatsapp calls not coming on Versa2

I am able to answer all other calls except from whatsapp. I do get whatsapp messages on my versa 2, but only miss calls from whatsapp. I tried it on both Samsung Galaxy A50 and Samsung S10, but of no use.

Hi @Amlus, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since it won't receive WhatsApp calls, even though you have tried on two phones.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your WhatsApp calls and see if the issue gets fixed.
