Hi,
This September Fitbit made an update for the Fitbit Versa. My Versa updated automaticly when I had put my versa on the charger. And since the update, I don't get anymore notifications of whatsapp. My email is still working, also if I get a call it comes through to my versa. Other things like hangout and sms are working, but nobody uses that. Only whatsapp is not working anymore (the main thing i really liked about it).
Do any of you have the same problem or can tell me a solution?
I already had contact with Fitbit, but they could not help me. They told me to reset my verse (factory reset), but it did not change anything (only the fact that i lost my clock face and i forgot to sinc it before doing it, so i lost a few steps and my sleeping track). I also tried removing my versa form my bluetooth and then reconnect, but this did nothing. They also told me that I could not go back to the previous version (because it used to work very well before the update, and since the update i don't get any notifications from whatsapp).

What I just did, was;
1. Deleting my fitbit app from my phone.
2. Reboot my phone.
3. Re-installed the app.
And now it is working again.

Hi, I have the same problem WhatsApp hasn't worked since the update and today my versa isn't being found so it wont sync either in the app or in the dashboard on laptop... I don't want to do a reset it as I will lose the steps I've done today, it's so frustrating!

So togerther with Fitbit we tried a few things for my phone. But now they see that it is something they need to change. This was their responce:

Mine is the same, I'm receiving all other messages but nothing from Whatsapp.
Was there no date of when they might fix it. The majority of my messages come from people sending on Whatsapp too 😞

I've just received an update and installed it and mine is working now, so haven't had to uninstall and reinstall.
Check your app updates and see if there is one sitting there to download.

I've tried everything and nothing has worked, hopefully I will get an update soon.
