When is a fix for horrible update coming?

I have been a Fitbit customer for SEVEN YEARS. I've had my Versa 2 for about 13 months. Everything was just fine until the horrible update. Now I have HUGE numbers of floors and HUGE numbers of zone minutes. On October 3rd, I had 447 zone minutes. One October 5th, I had 210 zone minutes. On September 28, I climbed 64 floors. On October 7th, I climbed 57 floors. I am over age 70!!! All this is FAKE. I used to be able to look at active minutes to see how I was doing with my walking. Now with all this fakery, I have no clue how I am doing.

 

The most frustrating thing of all is that Fitbit seems not to admit anything is wrong. In spite of my seven years with this company, I see an Apple watch in my future if Fitbit cannot get its act together. I really enjoy the Fitbit community and would hate to leave it.
