When is blood oxygen releasing?

I saw some articles saying Versas will have the blood oxygen tracker things enabled. When will this release or if it has been released, where do I find this?

They started the rollout in late December with a small number of us getting it but there doesn't seem to be any news since then. See the post from a moderator in the following thread:
