Like you all, I have issues with accurate sleep (doesn't detect start correctly like the Charge 2 HR), heart rate too high, and battery life less than normal. I've tried all the tricks. It's coming down to first gen bugs in the firmware. I have until 17-May to return to Amazon. I would love to stick with the Versa however the Charge 2 HR is far more accurate, stable and reliable. Fitbit employees who review community posts, can you at least give us a glimpse of what and when things will be fixed?

Unfortunately the next firmware update will be when it happens. Fitbit won’t give you a time frame at all. I’ve had mine 3 1/2 weeks and haven’t seen one yet. I have about one more week before I will have to send it back

I gave my son my Charge 2 HR. I guess I'll return my Versa and get another Charge; I loved that!!!

Remember, even though you may only have 30 days before returning to places like Amazon, Fitbit has a full year warranty in the United States.
