When will Stress Management be available on Versa 2?

We were informed that stress management was being rolled out to the Versa range of Fitbit’s. Can anyone tell me when it’s actually going to happen? Just wondering that’s all.

Yesterday I asked when stress management was available to versa 2. I was informed that it should already be available. My fit bit app is up to date but I do not have the stress management tile on my watch or phone app. So can anyone shed some light on this

My app is updated yet still no 'stress management tile' on my watch or phone.

My daughter and I both have the Versa 2. Hers is showing the stress tracker, but mine is not. Any suggestions?

My fitbit is versa 2 ( limitted edition, version 72.1.9), fitbit 3.42 (1052). I don't see icon of stress management in Today screen, or can not find it after click Edit to add icon for Today screen.

Hello @NhungT and welcome to the Help forum.  Fitbit still seems to be in the process of rolling out this feature.  Mine appeared today.  I hope you don't have to wait much longer.  When you get it, the tile will appear on your app, right below your Today stats.  You don't need to use the Edit icon.  It will be there and you can't miss it.

I am having trouble also with the Stress management app, the tile is where it should be but when I click on it, it will not let me agree. I hahe a Versa 2. Also I don't see an edit button on my Today app

To try to resolve the issue, please follow the next steps:

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app

- Reboot your phone

- Log back in

 

If necessary, you can uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.

My stress management feature is not working in my Versa 2, I read the article and there is no reason I can figure out why it's not working - help?

Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.54.1 for iOS and 3.54 for Android). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".

 

In addition, please follow the next recommendations:

  • Wear your device for at least 1 full day and night. In the morning, sync your device and check your score.

  • Take at least 500 steps during the day.

  • Make sure heart-rate sensor is activated on your Fitbit device. For instructions on how to navigate your Versa 2, please visit this article.
