I have a new tracker and it is still active minutes. Can I update my tracker so it can change to time zones? Thanks

It will automatically offer the update to the fitbit that changes from Active Minutes to Active Zone Minutes but it can take a day or two after the fitbit has been setup for the update to appear. Keep an eye on the app for the update availability.

Thanks Steve. It has been four days now and still nothing. I have even tried to check on the app and it is showing the Versa 2 tracker as being up to date. Any suggestions?

Sorry but I don't know what to suggest. In theory, the app downloads a small portion of the update, in the background, each time your fitbit syncs. When it's fully downloaded it offers the option to install the update in the app. With regular syncing the download should only take a couple of days. Is your fitbit syncing ok? Are you leaving the app running in the background on your phone (so it can sync in the background)?
