I can't seem to transfer my music. I know that I need to go to the desktop, but I can't find the music app anymore. Also, I have wifi all around me, i.e., work and home. Why won't it connect?

If you haven't yet, download the Fitbit app from the Microsoft store on Windows 10.
Then click on the Account icon near bottom right (looks like an ID card), then click Versa, then Media.
