failed to get a charger replacement..any improvisions for my versa3

Not sure I understand your questions, but Amazon has third-party chargers (and bands) for all Fitbit models at very reasonable prices.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
