Where do I locate the 4-digit code that my Fitbit app is asking to set up my Versa 3?

Hi I'm trying to pair my fitbit to phone and it's asking for a 4 digit number does anyone know what number I put in please ?

Hi @AnnieMay1368  the four digits appear on the Fitbit. You'll have to see it on the device, as the numbers are random. Here is an article - click - that tells you how to set up. Let us know how things go for you.

My Versa 3 was already set up. It worked perfectly. Now it is asking for a 4 digit code. How do I get the code if I am not setting up for the first time?

Hi @Intruder145  did you lose connection with your phone? If so, try to set up as a new device on an existing account.
