Where is the continuous heart rate data on the app?

Hello! I am having difficulty locating the continuous heart rate data in the Fitbit app. I have found it in the past through trial and error somehow, but this time I can't seem to find it, and I really would like to know what my previous 24 hours heart rate data is. I don't need the resting heart rate because that shows right on the dashboard. I would like to know continuous heart rate.

Hi @VicariouslyFit. It's great to see you here in the forums and I'm sorry for the delay.

Thanks for the information provided. Since you mentioned to not being able to find it, do you mean that the heart rate tile doesn't appear in the dashboard? If that's correct, I'd recommend to add that tile with the steps described in this help article.

Once that is done, try the following to see your heart rate history:

  1. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
  2. Open the Fitbit app in your phone.
  3. Scroll down until you find the heart rate tile, and tap on it.
  4. Tap on any date from the list to check your heart rate data.
  5. You can also tap on the arrows at the upper right corner to zoom in the screen.

Let me know how it goes.
