Anyone can help me in escalating the delaying replacement of my Fitbit Versa, it's been almost 4 months, they haven't giving any solid information about the shipment and estimated delivery date. Very big brand making every one fool by saying, shipment from China to India has been halted and there is no information. Which is not correct or they should arrange alternatives or refund the money
