Just received a replacement Versa from Fitbit and they upgraded me from Versa to Versa 2. I can no longer turn on smart wake alarm which was one of my favorite features of the original Versa. Am I missing something?

Thanks for sending this. I’ve gone through the steps and there’s no option for smart wake. On my version wondering if there’s a glitch or if I need an update. I think I got a refurbished Versa 2 because it was a replacement sent by Fitbit.

You may well have a refurbished or faulty watch but have you restarted it to make sure its not a glitch.
Also have a look in the user manual here. It is shown.
If that fails try Fitbit Support. They may be able to help you.

Avoid factory reset it may destroy the watch unless Fitbit support takes responsibility for asking you to do it.
