Does anyone know where to find the Fitbit SP02 app?

It's not a separate app but the data is being included in the fitbit phone app. It's still being rolled out though so not everyone has it yet. See: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa-Smartwatches/Estimated-Oxygen-Variation/m-p/3960283#M145974
