I just got my fitbit on Friday and I'm wearing it on my non-dominant hand and I have it on the non-dominant setting but when I went back to work on Monday (I work in an office) I realized I do a lot with my non-dominant hand (etc. typing, eating and picking up phone calls.) I don't want it to count them all as steps so what wrist / setting should I have it on.

Welcome to the forums!
You can go under settings and change it to the opposite that you wear it and it will not be as sensitive.
You said you have it set for Non-Dominant change it to Dominant
