Which is more accurate - Cardio score on the app or on the watch...

As title suggests there are two ways of finding your cardio score. On the app and also on the watch. However, they are different. The app says 48 and the watch says 46. Is the watch more accurate or the app.

Any ideas?

@SunsetRunner   I am an iPhone user and my two values are the same.  What type of phone do you use?  Sometimes these differences are an app issue.

My Versa reports my cardio score as a range between 42-46 and the app on my Android phone reports the same range. A range seems like a better answer for something measured by the fitness device than a specific number.
