Whenever I work out on my exercise bike I like to log the information in my Fitbit app later since the app doesn’t automatically recognize that I’m exercising, and never knows what I’m actually doing. But when I do this the autofilled calories burned is about 30-40 calories higher. Which is more acurate? The Fitbit has all my info but the bike knows more on resistance and speed.

Before you go to do your exercise select the Exercise app and select the bike workout and it should help.
