I'm taking this Versa back. Too many issues and no one has a fix or a solution other than going into the dashboard and manually correcting your data.
On that note..which model does work properly, from the box, without any issues? Or are all of these things a crapshoot?
Had mine a few days and I'm done, its going back today No call notification,no text notification and apparently I was walking in my sleep last nigh, cause when i woke I had 3000 steps since midnight. Never had a problem with my Charge2.

@MooterN @crb2003 I have the ionic and I know when it acts up I have a very colorful conversation with it, but after trying a few troubleshooting steps, I get it back to where it needs to be. It usually gets quirky around an update. Here is the link for tips on how to get notifications to work Notifications Help. I will also share that if my phone is on DND- it is literally DND and nothing will come through... that has usually been the reason for lots of folks out there. @MooterN what specifically is wrong with your data? Are the steps wrong, is it auto detecting the wrong activity? Lots of folks here who would love to help...

Please let me know what you decide. My fitbit charge 2 is less than a week old and I am not very happy. Was thinking I needed to upgrade to a better model, but I'm beginning to think it is just the make rather than the model(s).

Ghost steps, ghost floors, counting steps while driving, counting floors while driving, lack of steps while mtn biking, counting steps while sitting on the desk, counting floors while sitting on the desk. Ride a motorcycle things get really bad quick. Wrong time now and then.
Tried both wrists, both selections on each wrist. Re-started several times (each day). It's ridiculous.
If it had a simple feature like a 'suspend' or an 'off', I could live with that. Turn it off while driving, riding a motorcycle, (even mtn biking since that don't mesh either). I'm not going on-line and 'fixing' the data 2, 3 times a day. I didn't $200 for that crap. Screw it. This thing goes back today.
