Forgot to mentioned Versa is not what it's advertising to be in lasting 4 days in battery life. The Versa for my normal standard use on last for 1 day.
For example if I charge it at 9pm, by the next evening around 8pm its at is 40%, I don't have nothing extra on it not even music, just the watch as the purpose.
So very disappointed with such as the battery life is not what it state to be, also the notification it relax by 30 seconds behind.

@MED413 Please remind me (perhaps I have already asked and forgotten) if you use any 3rd party clockfaces? Or is it one of the Fitbit originals. You can check if changing to one of the default clockfaces helps. Versa lasts more than 4 days. I have everything on, I'm using quick replies and apps quite often, workouts with connected GPS, and it lasts at least 4 days. Usually 4.5 - 5. If you tried factory reset and it still drains like crazy, please contact Customer Support as this is not usual behavior.

had the fibit original clock until today, in which I decide to try a different design. So I know that’s not the cause of the battery drainage. Also I don’t have the gps and decided to turn off the all day sync. So therefor the watch is as I received it nothing extra added with the exception of changing the clock.

@MED413 Just to confirm, have you tried factory reset (restoring Versa to factory defaults)? There's a new firmware available. If this does not help, you might need to reach out to Customer Support.

@Marrrmaduke Yes I have, twice. Since last discussion and fully charging the battery for 2 hours last night the battery life so far is 78% after shutting off all “day sync”. Will keep the forum posted.
Also the Fibit phone App is sluggish.

@MED413 so how many % per hour does your battery drop?

As I reply the battery % no is 69 and it’s only 9:46 am. Again I charge the watch late evening on Tue. I don’t know what is the % per hour drop, because I don’t keep track of such. I do know that by the end of today the watch will need to be charge.
Again the life span of the battery surely don’t last the 4 days as stated. Also the watch has remain at the original setting with the exception of clock in which I use the fibit one in the app.
Perhaps one of the battery drainage comes at the sleep mode time, as in every move the watch tends to lite up, very annoying.

I am having the same problem. A Christmas gift and can’t get notifications to sync. Very frustrating! Any help?
