While under anesthesia my fitbit didn't track any sleep

I got my wisdom teeth removed earlier today and I was put under anesthesia. I was able to wear my fitbit (Versa 2) during it because I wanted to know how it would read my "sleep" during all that. Later, when I checked on the app, it didn't pick up any sleep during the time I was under. Why? Am I not sleeping under anesthesia or something? Or does anesthesia somehow make sleep unregisterable for a fitbit?

Hi @amona121 - the watch doesn't measure sleep unless the duration is significant, and doesn't measure sleep stages if under 3 hours continuous sleep.
