White light on Versa Lite display

Hello

I just got a new Fitbit and there is a white light always. It never turns completely off like when you lock your phone. There is always a light and that is why the battery gets drained so much. I cant use it for longer than 4 hours. I have factory reset it and also set the wake up to manual, it hasn't fix the issue.

To better assist you with this and further investigate, can you please send me a picture of the white light on your Versa Lite? Can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then?

I have experience it from the beginning. There was always this backlight on and I thought it might be normal but it drains the battery. The light has never gone away, like when you lock your phone. I have made it so it can turn on manually, have factory restarted it, and have turn off the heart tracker but it still has the issue
