My Versa was working fine this morning when I got up. I charged it the night before, then around mid morning I went to check the time and the screen is white with a black ring around it. I’ve tried following steps to reset it and it’s still the same. Anyone seen this? Know how to fix it?

Regarding the white screen with a black ring issue that your Versa was experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
