I responded to someone elses post. My screen turned black,it syncs but can't do anything. I tried to load it up again in hopes it will correct the problem.. Well it won't show 4 digits so I can sync with app. So in essence my watch is dead! Fitbit's response was play with the buttons.. That does not work and they refuse to do anything else. Am I alone in this? Curious to see how many have black screens now?

Mine did that. I put it in a bag of rice for 2 days but nothing happened. I contacted Amazon and they replaced it after many months. Then the one they sent me is in worse shape. My phone can't find it to pair up. Seeing all the other issues and seeing mine wasn't the only one I'm thinking I'd rather have my money back and go somewhere else.

Mine turned black. They replaced it after several months but this one is worse. I'm in the process of trying again. If it doesn't work I'm asking for a refund so I can get one that I know works.

Every Fitbit device I hade in past few years charge, charge 2 and charge 3 and no Versa 2 have all been discarded for screen problem The screen worked for about a year then there was flickering screen or black streaks across the screen and eventually it gets black. This is my last shot at Fitbit. Either I am very unlucky with four devices I had or Fitbit is really sloppy in making their screens work.

mine did that yesterday, I asked for a solution, which they said no first but eventually offered a replacement. My fitbit was only a little over a year old, so do these devices only last a year?
