As Fitbit have broken so many Versa 2 devices with their update and offer no fix that works, I'd like to report it.
Fitbit support, could you advise who we complain to above you please?

Hi @Bitfit_Warrior we're the community forums and not employees of the company, so your best place to complain would be to get with customer support. The more people who report an issue seems to give it more attention.

I got the exact same answer on my post and see it on many others. This has really got me mad. They do updates the leave the Versa 2 almost useless!
Then give no answers!
