I've looked at other topics posted, and I've seen similar complaints, but only that-- complaints that if your hr goes above a certain bpm, it continues as if you've not increased your exercise intensity. Anybody know why this is happening?
I measured against a treadmill and my versa was within 1bpm of the treadmill until I started jogging. Treadmill says I was upwards of 170bpm (outta shape) and versa said I was around 115 until I walked my hr calm again. As soon as it passed below 140 on the treadmill, the versa snapped back to being within 1bpm of the treadmill.
Any constructive advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @ChrisMangafr34k, good to see you one more time in the Fitbit Community. I'm sorry for the late response and certainly this is an odd behavior. However it is important to mention that your Versa HR might not give you the same numbers regarding heart rate since the parameters to track your heart rate are different.
Now to improve the Versa readings for your heart rate, I recommend to review this help article section:
If the issue continue, despite reviewing the placement of the watch. Perhaps would be good to perform a restart: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
See you around and hope this helps.
