So if I track my exercise straight from my watch I get a GPS map... If I track exercise straight from my app on my phone I don't get a map. Why can't I get a map when I track from my phone? 😕

Hey @Vikki365, it is nice to see new faces around! Mobile Track allows you to use the Fitbit app without a Fitbit device by using your phone's sensors to track basic activity data including steps, distance, and calories burned. MobileTrack does not track floors, sleep, or active minutes. In other words, you can use it to track your exercise, either walk, run or hike along with a GPS map. The GPS on your phone should be ON for you to get this feature. However if this isn't the case, I'd like you to make sure that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed on your Android device. To do so, follow these instructions:
- Tap the Play Store app.
- Tap or click the menu icon in the top left corner.
- Tap My apps & games. If the Fitbit app has an update, you’ll see it in the Updates list.
- Tap Update.
If your apps update automatically, check the Recently updated or Up to date list to see if the Fitbit app was updated.
Let me know how it goes!
