Why are BPMs recording when I am not wearing it?

Noticed my Fitbit Versa is recording BPMs when I am not even wearing the device?  At night, I leave the Versa downstairs.  In the morning, I put on the Fitbit and am surprised I see active BPMs. 🤔🤔🤔

@Tazwalking It could be your clock face. I've tried a few different ones. Some continue to display the last HR after you take it off and some just go blank. I suggest making a note of your HR when you take it off and seeing if it's the same when you pick it up again.

Thanks for your suggestion.  The VERSA Fitbit is definitely recording BPMs patterns throughout the night. Noticed this phenomenon started to coincidently happend after NEST THERMOSTATS were installed downstairs and upstairs in my bedroom.  Wondering if this NEST biometric function is somehow inputting to the Fitbit?
