Every. Single. Time. I try to sync it takes many attempts before it syncs. This was always true when I had the fitbit clip too. My mom and best friend have complained about the same thing. Also, I've been trying for 2 hours to change the clock face and it won't change. I paid $200 for this?

Android Samsung S8+. I ended up getting the clock face to change by completely uninstalling the Versa, unpairing it on Bluetooth and then starting over. I shouldn't have to do that if I want to change the clock face. And it never wants to sync.
