Why can't I transfer music onto my versa 2?

I live in Canada and I've tried all of the Fitbit tips to try and download the Fitbit app onto my computer so I can transfer my music onto my Fitbit versa 2. I have been unsuccessful for months as the website says something along the lines of "This website is unavailable because it's travelling in a different direction". One of the factors that lead me to purchase this watch was the feature that you could download music playlists from ANY country your living in onto your phone, but this only seems to be a feature in the United States, is there any way for Canadians to download the Fitbit setup app on Macbooks or other computers so I can listen to music without having to use my phone? Hopefully, this gets resolved because I love the Fitbit watches and I've had previous ones and loved them. I knew that the features wouldn't be exactly the same as the apple watch and I was willing to sacrifice that because I loved my last Fitbit watch but some of these features were ones I was looking forward to being able to use with this watch. My mobile syncing device is the iPhone.

Some users have reported an issue to download the Fitbit app on a Mac from the Canadian Fitbit website. It has been escalated to our team for further investigation.
