Bought my wife a versa 2 in March. Hers has what you list as the latest firmware. Mine, which she just gave me does NOT have that version, yet if I check for an update, it says "versa 2 is up to date". I cannot get the Uber app to work, find my phone says unavailable, yet my wife uses it on hers. It performed an update while I was setting it up, yet here I am left behind with a new device that is "sort of" useful. How do I get this thing updated so that it will actually work????
