Why can’t you have both a Versa and a Charge 3 in a single account within the app?

I have both a Versa (wear it for work and when I’m going out) and a Charge 3 (wear it when playing sports, working out, working in the yard, etc.), but the app will not allow me to connect both to my account. When I called Fitbit support, they told me that you can’t do that and that I could open a second account if I wanted to connect each device to different accounts???  The other solution would be to remove one device and set up the other each time I want to switch. Neither “solution” takes into account the fact that I want to wear the Versa for business/work and going out and then the Charge 3 when exercise. These scenarios happen within the same day 5-6 times every week.

Why wouldn’t Fitbit anticipate that people might want to have both types of devices?  This makes at least one of my purchases a waste or it makes the app ineffective for me.

Is there an app update wishlist or roadmap that this request can be added to?
