Why cant I add my debit/credit card to my Fitbit. My bank is a partner. When I add it says that my bank does not allow it but I have a apple phone and have added them to that. Please Help !

@Dbananna  Not all card types from a participating bank are necessarily covered. Are you trying to add a Debit or a VISA card but only Credit cards or only MasterCards are available for Fitbit Pay from your bank? Your bank may have chosen to enroll all card types with Apple Pay but have chosen to enroll only certain card types with Fitbit Pay.

 

Double check the participating bank list and see if you are trying to add a card type not supported by your bank.
