1. Firstly i got nice holiday from US to my country indonesia
2. The fitbit versa band is so thin and it had factory defect and almost broken due the usage
3. I contact fist agent they offer me replacements without doing anything because it still warranty.
4. The problem is when i said my country residents is indonesia they suddenly changed the treatment.
5. I should send the old band to their factory then they send the new one. Well i just confusing here just because i stay in indonesia they do like this
6. The agent told me i can send the prepaid label box to send the band back. For the fedex / DHL
7. Upon checking on google maps. It took 3 hours driving and 3 hours drive back to our house. Can you imagine just for $ 19 band
8. Well i want to buy at fitbit store but they said can’t send to indonesia
9. I have been asking the agent to count how much cost sending the band back. It also the same with the band itself
Most of my family using fitbit but we don’t understand how the customer service treat us. So different if i was lived in US and Indonesia

And for your information, indonesian people who bought fitbit paying more price 35% tax from the fitbit price.
