My wife and I both owned Pebble Time watches.
We've owned a slew of FitBit products.
Neither of us were given the $50 coupon for the Versa.
Why? What was the selection criteria? Why weren't we included?
*note: for the past week I've been emailing customer service. provided Pebble serial numbers. gave information on our accounts. got zero acceptable answers on this topic.
chatted with customer service - they didn't even know what a "Pebble" was!
called customer service - also didn't know what a "Pebble" was!
talked with a customer service supervisor - knew what a Pebble was... but couldn't tell me anything about the offer. didn't know who knew. didn't know anything. very disappointing.
talked with sales customer service... much friendlier, but still unable to help. not authorized to give any discounts. don't know what criteria was used. anon. anon. anon.
All I can tell you is that the customer service for this particular issue was extremely poor. A complete waste of time.
... and I just want to buy a couple Versas - you'd think someone would be of help.
Nope. Nada. Nill.

As fellow Fitbit users we probably will not be able to speak for Fitbit .
I was unaware of anyone getting a coupon discount, I'm not sure if Fitbit got a list of people users, since they only purchased part of the company including the developers

We had registered as Pebble users with Fitbit after the acquisition.
They have is in a database in order to contact us with special offers.
We never were contacted, but some people were.

Yes, there is another thread about Fitbit extending the Ionic offer to Pebble users, to cover Versa as well and many Pebble users DID eventually get an offer. But I know nothing about who got the offer. Perhaps @AlessFitbit can answer as she was involved in the other thread.
