All of the below will drain the battery

In your app make sure:
All day sync is not on if it is turn it OFF
Turn off quick view
Do you get a lot of Notification as well?

@Dorthlee65 if @WendyB suggestions dont significantly improve the battery I think you should contact Support or return it to the store you bought it for an exchange. Battery should last a lot longer than that.

Just another thought - what clockface are you using? Some use up a lot more power than others. You should be pretty safe with any of the fitbit ones I think.
