Why dose Fitbit not have extended warranty in Canada? Or do repairs on watches outside of their warranty?

Hi @kijk858  Fitbit doesn't do repairs anywhere. As for warranty, you can read more here - click, but it wouldn't say why Canada isn't included for the extended warranty. I did check for someone in Canada last week and found that Allstate/Square Trade, if purchased via Amazon, does have an extended warranty for those of you in Canada. It does need to be purchased within 30 days of the time you buy the Fitbit.

They only offer extended warranty though a third party seller.

So if your watch is 18months old and the microphone won't work they won't repair it. Only offer you a code for 35 percent off that expires in 30 days.

So they are basically telling me or made me feel that my watch is no good and to please purchase a new one.
