Watch keeps resetting and can't swipe on the screen. They would not help me in any way. They guy on the phone latched on to me saying the battery drained quicker now too and then they wanted me to do a battery test. I tried to plead with him to do something about the other issues of swipe not working on the screen or the fact that it resets over and over but he did nothing but tell me I had to do a battery test or they would not help me. My versa is less than 6 months old. This is terrible customer service don't expect any help from fitbit they already got your money. It's all they care about. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS OR CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AT ALL.

I did not refuse diagnostics, they can see all of that already. They asked me to do a test for the something that isn't the main problem. Then refused to help with other issues saying that way was easiest. But how is me keeping this watch for another week easy or helpful?

For the last few week's my fitbit versa keeps resetting and swipe very rarely works. I have tried several 2 button watch resets and a few 3 button factory resets, but the problem still happens. I can't swipe to settings on my watch to try a factory reset that way. This watch is less than 6 months old. I am using a fitbit watch face. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone as well.

Fitbit demanded I do a battery test or they would not help me in any way. This is dumb, just every one save some time and don't buy these products. Get any other tracker. Maybe they will care about their customers when they have issues.

I don't really understand. You refused to let them go through the diagnostics; then you blame them for poor service.
