I’m sorry to say, your phone is not on the list of Supported Devices. This often explains problems like this. Please check to see if your phone’s OS is at least at 7.0 or higher, which Fitbit requires. Sometime’s that helps.
i have the same phone and i also have problem with the sync and my message. I try to reconnect the bluetooth, I restart my watch.. nothing worked! the only thing that have work is when I restart my phone... but it start again few days later
