Why has Fitbit deleted my previous best steps by knocking off 70,0000 from my personal bests

Your best steps are not stores on your Versa but on your Fit it account and should be displayed in your phone's Fitbit app and on you profile page. 

Let me know where your seeing the loss of best days and I'll move this thread our of the hardware support.

Yes that should be the case. But you’ve ie Fitbit has deleted them.

Thankfully I have the evidence.

My best ever WWH is 270k which I did a few weeks ago. Yet it’s showing as the steps I did this week.

I need Fitbit to fix this please ASAP.
