Once in a while, my Versa 2 watch will ask me to set up Alexa and will not give me a choice of saying no.
I do not want to set up alexa and I am not signed on it on fitbit app either.
Please let me know how to cancel this message, I cannot use my watch until this message is clear

Just to make sure that Alexa is disconnected, please try the following steps:
Whether this doesn't help, our team has released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.40.1 for iOS and Android). For instructions on how to see your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".
In addition, you can set up your Fitbit Versa 2 as a replacement device:

Thank you. I am not signed on to Alexa and doesn't want to, so when my watch asked me to do it and does not give me a choice of Yes or No, it becomes an issue.
I updated the app, so hopefully I won't have this issue again.
