Why is my Fitbit vibrating when I get a text but not coming on and how do I fix it??

Have you tried to reset it by holding down the left and the right bottom buttons for 15 seconds? That can set things straight when it freezes like that.  Customer care can be reached a 877-623-4997 and they can reset it right over the phone. Hope it comes back to normal, soon. Smiley Happy
