Why is my versa's screen fading into this?

I was trying to resurect my Fitbit but it looks like the attached immage, I know its not a screen issue because its not present on the update visuals, ive tried to factory reset it + new firmware but nothing changed. What am I supposed to do?

I checked with support and it seems like you already have a case created. My best advice is to keep an open communication with them so they can provide you with more details about your situation.
