I had a new Versa one week. I found that Versa does not track nap time. A Support staff said it is only track if you sleep over 3 hours. My question is why Flex 2 and Charge 2 can record even 15 min of nap time a Versa could not record even over 90 min of nap time?
I have both Flex 2 and Charge 2 over 6 Months, that I knew the functions that two devices can do. Versa is much high end and could not record. It does not make any sense.

Great to see you participating in the Community @vivo90024.
It's weird to hear that your other 2 devices registered your nap time, since as you were told, your Versa needs at least 3 hours of sleep data to estimate your sleep stages. For more information about this, I recommend taking a look at the What should I know about sleep stages? article.
Let me know if you need anything else.

My Versa recorded my naps until a few weeks ago. Because of my work schedule, naps are very important to me. Why has this changed?

Just switched from Charge HR to Versa and it's really disappointing that my Versa isn't registering my naps either. I don't get them often, so when I do, I like to see how it's adding to the rest I get. It's a weird thing to take away from the product, given that napping is part of healthy living for humans.
