Hey,
Ive only just had my fitbit for 11 days? 12 days? I conneneted it up fine when i got it, but for somereason it lots its connection with my phone, and it failed to connect again, i tried several times.
Then it said that i should restart it, i did this by holding onto the button for at least 12 seconds, and then it vibrated, but now, i try to turn it back on, it wont come back on.
I thought it might be out of charge, so i have left it on charge for over a day, didnt seem to turn on,
I tried chargjng it via my laptop, it dont seem to be working?
How can I solve this?
