Why should I stick with Fitbit brand when so many have had battery failure issues?

After owning 3 Fitbits—Blaze, Versa—and having battery failure issues such as only keeping a charge for a short few hours when the device is less than one year old, why should I continue to stick with the Fitbit brand? What measures are being taken to remedy battery failure issues?

I have the same problem.  I have had my Versa for about two years and over the past few days it has stopped holding a charge. Now I have to charge it everyday. This  morning I charged it to 100% and 8 hours later it is down to 0% it’s happend with my blaze also... strange....

I agree 100%....they want your money but screw customer support.  After multiple FitBits, I have decided to go Apple on my next purchase.  FitBit ain’t getting anymore of my money.  Shoot, even there App is mainly Scammers now as well.
